Refund Policy

Overview

GetAnyTranscript wants you to be satisfied with the Service. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

If a transcription or analysis task fails for any technical reason, no credits are deducted and no refund request is needed. Failed runs are never charged. You will see a clear error message and a Retry option.

Eligibility for Credit Pack Refunds

To be eligible for a refund on a credit pack purchase:

Your request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
The purchased credits must remain entirely unused at the time of the request.
Your account must be in good standing (no violations of our Terms of Service).

How to Request a Refund

Send a request to [email protected] with:

The email address associated with your account
Your order or invoice ID
A brief reason for the request

Processing

We review refund requests within 5 business days of receipt. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Exceptions

The following are not eligible for refund:

Credits that have already been consumed in successful tasks.
Requests submitted more than 14 days after the original purchase date.
Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
