GetAnyTranscript wants you to be satisfied with the Service. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.

If a transcription or analysis task fails for any technical reason, no credits are deducted and no refund request is needed. Failed runs are never charged. You will see a clear error message and a Retry option.

We review refund requests within 5 business days of receipt. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
