By accessing or using GetAnyTranscript at GetAnyTranscript.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
GetAnyTranscript provides an online transcription and content analysis tool. You can paste a public video link (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube) or upload a local audio or video file and receive a transcript, video data snapshot, and a set of analysis outputs (summary, viral moments, hook analysis, mindmap, hashtags, and title suggestions), with optional one-click translation. Features may change over time as the Service evolves.
Non-affiliation: GetAnyTranscript is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or their parent companies. These platform names are used solely to describe the types of content the Service can process.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering. Notify us at [email protected] immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
You may only use the Service to process public content — videos and audio that are publicly accessible without authentication. You may not use the Service to:
We may block, remove, refuse to process, or restrict access to content or accounts that violate these Terms or create legal, safety, or abuse risks.
You retain ownership of the video links you submit and files you upload to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
Transcript content is processed only to deliver the result to you. We do not share, sell, or use your transcript content to train machine learning models. You can delete your transcript history at any time from your account settings.
The Service generates transcripts and analysis outputs using third-party AI providers: Supadata performs speech-to-text transcription and retrieves public video data, and OpenRouter (routing to models such as Google Gemini) performs AI analysis (summary, viral moments, hook analysis, mindmap, hashtags, and title suggestions) and one-click translation. Important things to know:
Subject to the third-party provider's terms, you may use outputs you generate for personal or commercial purposes.
GetAnyTranscript uses a credit-based system funded by one-time credit pack purchases. Credit packs are not subscriptions — there is no recurring or automatic renewal charge. You pay once, and the credits remain in your account until used or expired.
How credits are consumed. Transcription is billed at 1 credit per minute of video or audio, rounded up to the nearest whole minute (for example, a 90-second video costs 2 credits, and a video just over 2 minutes costs 3 credits). One task covers one video: the transcript, video data snapshot, and all analysis outputs for that task. If a task fails for a technical reason, no credits are deducted.
Free tier. Short videos (3 minutes or less) can be transcribed for free, up to a limited number of uses per month for signed-out visitors, tracked by IP address. The current limit is shown in the product and may be adjusted from time to time. Videos longer than 3 minutes require an account and a sufficient credit balance.
Credit expiry. Purchased credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and expire automatically if unused after that period.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by GetAnyTranscript and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetAnyTranscript and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those cases, these limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason permitted by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service, except where applicable consumer-protection law entitles you to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
